My stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Ruben, who helped me tremendously at my convention. However, the experience was marred by issues with room readiness and unfortunate staff interactions. While the spa services were top-notch, the dining options left some room for improvement.

My stay at the resort was absolutely delightful! The staff members were genuinely enthusiastic about their work, which made the atmosphere incredibly welcoming. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. On the downside, while I enjoyed the varied pools, I do wish there were more dining options available. That said, the breakfast offerings were a highlight! Overall, the experience was memorable and quite enjoyable.

My stay at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort was quite a mix! The pools and grounds were absolutely beautiful and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The food options ranged from fantastic to underwhelming, with some highlights but also some disappointments. Additionally, although the staff was welcoming, I encountered a less than pleasant interaction that soured my overall experience. Still, all in all, it was memorable and enjoyable during my conference stay.
