My stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Ruben, who helped me tremendously at my convention. However, the experience was marred by issues with room readiness and unfortunate staff interactions. While the spa services were top-notch, the dining options left some room for improvement.

My stay at the resort was absolutely delightful! The staff members were genuinely enthusiastic about their work, which made the atmosphere incredibly welcoming. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. On the downside, while I enjoyed the varied pools, I do wish there were more dining options available.
